The Cruising Club's CIC to Limerick for the Riverfest was a great success. Nine boats travelled to Limerick including two from the Dublin Branch IWAI and one from the Lough Derg Branch...and not forgetting six Cruising Club boats. And Waterways Ireland have done a great job at the Custom House Quay. Limerick is back as a destination for boats from the inland waterways!
 
Next up is the Cruise-in-Company to North Shannon (1st - 17th June) with Mike Moroney and Eric Herrieven at the helm...I just couldn't resist the pun! Details to follow.

This will be followed by a trip to Ballinasloe (29th June - 8th July) which is timed to coincide with the finale of the Volvo Ocean Race in Galway.
